LISHIDE's scrap steel equipment family adds new strength, with the new material hoist officially launched

Recently, LISHIDE (Lishide) has introduced significant updates to its scrap steel equipment product line. A new model of material hoist, specifically developed for scrap steel processing scenarios, has officially entered mass production and is now available for market launch. This advancement provides recycling and processing enterprises with more efficient and stable material handling solutions.

This material hoist is specifically optimized for the "heavy, irregular, and heterogeneous" characteristics of scrap steel. The body is made of high-strength manganese steel, offering a 30% higher load capacity compared to conventional hoists and suitable for scrap steel processing lines with a throughput of 5-20 tons per hour. It is also equipped with an intelligent anti-clogging system that can automatically detect material accumulation and adjust the conveying speed, reducing downtime for maintenance. Additionally, the equipment seamlessly integrates with LISHIDE's existing scrap steel crushers and separators, enabling enterprises to establish an integrated scrap steel processing workflow and lower equipment matching costs.

Currently, the first batch of equipment has been delivered to three large scrap steel processing enterprises in Shandong and Hebei provinces. Customer feedback indicates stable operation and a material conveying efficiency improvement of over 25% compared to the original equipment, effectively alleviating the "conveying bottleneck" in the scrap steel processing stage. In the future, LISHIDE will continue to focus on the needs of the scrap steel processing industry, introducing more specialized equipment tailored to various scenarios to help the industry reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
